Steve Pettit – National Director

Steve is a native of South Carolina and a graduate of The Citadel. He came to Christ his freshman year of college. He has served on a church staff, directed a Christian camp, and ministered the Gospel as an evangelist for over 30 years. As the national director of Cross Impact, Steve serves to give direction in philosophy, methodology, and expansion. He and his wife Terry have been married for 31 years and have four children.
 
 
 
Tyson Schrecengost – Operations Director

Tyson was born and raised in beautiful Colorado. He finished high school in 1998 and was appointed to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Upon his graduation in 2002, he proudly served in the United States Air Force for 4½ years with a tour in Iraq. Since his discharge from the military, he has served as an operations director in a local business, recruited students for the Air Force Academy, and coached a high school basketball team. Tyson and his wife, Amy, have two wonderful children.
 
 
Will Senn – Chairman of the Board

Will came to Christ while student at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania. After seminary training, he became the pastor of University Baptist Church in Clemson, S.C. He founded Cross Impact Ministries in 1986 to reach students at Clemson University. Over time chapters were established on other campuses through local churches. In 2011, the board of directors of CIM launched an aggressive expansion by establishing a model for college ministry throughout the United States.
